1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales and deliveries made by Offroadcaravans.eu to customers

throughout Europe. By placing an order with Offroadcaravans.eu, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Information and Errors

All information, images, and specifications on our website and in promotional materials are provided for guidance only.

Offroadcaravans.eu is not responsible for any printing, typographical, or other errors. No rights can be derived from such errors.

3. Delivery and Transport

All deliveries are made in the Netherlands with a valid RDW inspection (Dutch Vehicle Authority).

Offroadcaravans.eu is responsible for the handover of the caravan to the customer. This is at the place of delivery point (Sterksel, NL)

• The customer is fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transport from the delivery point in the Netherlands (Sterksel, NL) to their final destination.

4. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or lack of maintenance.

5. Liability

Offroadcaravans.eu is not liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, travel expenses, or damages due to delays.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the caravan.

6. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Final Provisions

By purchasing from Offroadcaravans.eu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
